Orders:
We accept orders by phone during office hours or by email (info@sanifarm.com) or on our e-Commerce portal.
For the correct and complete processing of orders, we ask you to submit your order by noon on the day before delivery.

Returns management:
Drugs - Parapharmaceuticals:
We accept returns ONLY within 7 days of purchase except for product recalls.
All returned products will be carefully checked (expiry date, temperature, lot no., packaging).
 
The DDT of return must contain the following wording:
It is hereby declared that the listed products have not expired, have been handled under appropriate conditions and have been stored at an appropriate temperature (L.D. 538/92 and M.D. 7/99) and the following information: Lot, Expiry Date and Purchase Ref.
 
Sutures:
Returns ONLY accepted within 45 days of purchase. We do not accept returns of already opened and/or used products.
Equipment - instrumentation:
All out-of-warranty repairs will be charged to the customer. For repair/replacement it is strictly necessary to enclose copy of the purchase document. In addition, the 'Return for Repair' form, which can be obtained from info@sanifarm.com. Repairs will be carried out by external companies or by the manufacturers. The timeframe may vary from 10 to 60 days.
 
Returns of opened/used products:
All products, especially supplements and cosmetics, cannot be returned if opened or used. Good Distribution Practices (GDP) prohibit the remarketing of altered packaging and impose strict traceability: opened product must be disposed of according to current regulations.
 
Strict traceability:
We maintain a strict traceability system in line with GDP. Any packaging that is not intact compromises the cold chain, integrity and obliges us to dispose of it, to prevent health and hygiene risks.
 
Right of withdrawal - exclusions:
According to the Consumer Code (art. 59 Consumer Code and Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to products sealed open after delivery, such as creams, cosmetics, supplements, etc.
 
Return policy for unopened products:
Sealed and undamaged products may be returned. They must be returned in their original packaging, with a return note containing: lots, expiry date, date and place of purchase, and a declaration that the product has not been opened, used and stored correctly according to the GDP (D.L. 538/92 & D.M. 7/99).
 
Costs and liability:
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The goods travel under the customer's responsibility to our warehouse (except for exceptions agreed with in-house courier).
 
Disposal:
Open or damaged products shall be disposed of immediately as medical waste, in accordance with Legislative Decree 152/2006 and subsequent environmental regulations.
 
General conditions of return (valid unless otherwise stated above):
Returns are accepted only if accompanied by a return note complete with: lot, expiry date, purchase reference and declaration on the correct state of the product according to GDP (D.L. 538/92 and D.M. 7/99).
It is mandatory to contact us before making any returns.
Shipping costs are always borne by the customer.
The goods travel under the customer's responsibility until delivery to our warehouse, unless otherwise agreed for collection by in-house courier.
 
Complaints - disputes:
No complaints and/or disputes shall be accepted 48 hours after delivery.
 
For consumer disputes arising from this contract in connection with the sale of goods and services online between Sanifarm Bolzano Srl and a
Consumer, we inform you that, pursuant to Article 14 of Regulation No. 524/2013/EU, a complaint may also be submitted through the
ODR platform of the European Commission at the link "http://ec.europa.eu/odr."
 
We would also like to inform you that we already ensure our participation in the alternative dispute resolution procedure initiated
before the ADR body "Conciliareonline.it":

Quality:
Sanifarm Bolzano Srl tries to control the quality of each article. Suppliers are chosen after an examination that proves beyond doubt their competence and reliability. However, for any anomaly, please do not hesitate to contact us.
 
Force Majeure:
Events of force majeure shall release the seller from his obligation to deliver, to pay compensation, and to make deliveries

Prices:
Prices are based on the price lists in force at the time the order is placed and are exclusive of VAT.
We recommend that you request written order confirmation to be sure of availability and current prices. Prices may change due to unforeseeable market conditions.
 
Reservation of title:
It is expressly understood that the seller retains ownership of the goods from the delivery of the material until full payment of the invoiced price. In the event of non-payment, Sanifarm Bolzano Srl / GmbH shall have the right to demand the return of the goods and to charge the costs incurred.
 
Payments:
Ri.Ba and SEPA collection:
Only for B2B customers with management approval. We charge € 2.30 + VAT bank charges on the invoice.
For rejected bank receipts and SEPA we charge € 4.80 (excl. VAT) on the next invoice.
 
Bank transfers not paid by the due date:
Any second reminder results in a charge of € 4.50 on the next invoice.
 
Payment in cash:
It is possible to pay amounts up to €1,999.00 in cash.
 
Payment by cheque:
Only after agreement with the administration.
 
Payment by PAYPAL:
For B2B customers we ask for this when ordering.
For E-commerce orders there is the option when concluding the order. Private customers (B2C) who do not request an invoice will not be issued
no tax certification as provided for in Article 22, paragraph 1, no. 1) of Presidential Decree no. 633/1972.
 
For orders from private customers from EU member countries we only accept payment via Paypal. Also in this case no no tax certification.
 
Payment by Mountex:
Payments via Mountex are only possible after agreeing the payment method with the administrator, and only
for orders with an invoice. Mountex payments will not be accepted if the reason for payment in the invoice differs from the agreed payment method.
 
Free gifts:
Any gifts, prizes, refunds or agreements with third parties will only be acknowledged and/or maintained if payments are made regularly
by the customer in accordance with the agreed terms. In the event of payment delays or disputes, any agreements with third parties shall be null and void.

Refunds online orders:
If a purchase is made of one or more items NOT in stock, without a prior request for availability by email, and the item is missing or not available soon, the order will be held until the product is available. If the order is cancelled, up to 15% of the total amount will be deducted from the eventual refund to cover commissions linked to the Paypal refund policy and for the handling of the reserved material.
 
Payment must be made by the means and within the terms stipulated and agreed between the parties.
 
In the event of delayed payment, SANIFARM Bolzano Srl / GmbH reserves the right to charge default interest determined pursuant to
of Art. 5 DLgs. 9/10/02 no. 231, as well as any return charges and/or discounts related to the form of payment.
 
Stocks:
In the event of impossibility of delivery by the courier and the relative opening of an Out of Stock case, Sanifarm Customer Service shall inform the ordering customer by e-mail. The customer will be able to reply, and give appropriate instructions, within the second day after receipt of the notice at no extra cost. For replies after this deadline, Sanifarm Bolzano Srl may charge the customer the relevant storage and warehousing costs.
 
Delays:
Due to the long waiting times of various suppliers, we warn that the delivery of certain products can be 5 weeks and more.
 
Customer Withdrawals:
Customer collection from our main warehouse or from our shop is possible.
 
Packaging material:
All cartons, standard packing material and thermal envelopes are included in the price. Please return cartons and envelopes to our carrier when possible: these will be cleaned in our warehouse and reused for further shipments. This will help us greatly reduce the pollution caused by packaging material.
Plastic crates are monitored by an entry and exit system. They must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
 
Terms and conditions of delivery:
Sanifarm Bolzano Srl reserves the right to organise the transport of orders/products that are heavy and/or bulky and/or subject to damage using a dedicated courier. For these types of products, the average delivery time is 10 working days.
 
In the case of multiple consignments, the shipping fee and the fixed preparation fee are paid once with the first consignment of goods, even if the momentary lack of some items makes it necessary to send several packages.

For orders under 250,00 € + VAT we charge a fixed order preparation / processing fee (1).
 
Various documents:
We are willing to provide upon reasoned request a copy of our Chamber of Commerce certificate, a copy of our ISO 9001 Certification, other and any authorisations we may have. On the other hand, we do not provide identity documents of our employees and administrator for any reason. We do not fill out any requests for Supplier Quality Certification forms.
 
Legislation, jurisdiction and disputes:
Any disputes that may arise between the customer and Sanifarm Bolzano Srl / GmbH shall be settled by the court of jurisdiction in 39100 Bolzano (BZ).
Any delays in the delivery of goods shall not entitle the customer to penalties or interest on arrears.
 
Invoices to private individuals for TS system:
In order to be able to deduct the medication purchased for your animal from your tax return, it is mandatory to notify this when the invoice is issued. The invoice itself must also be paid at the time it is issued.
 
Language:
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are drafted in Italian and translated into German and English. In the event of discrepancies and/or differences in interpretation between the Italian text and the German or English text, as well as of interpretations of the German/English text that conflict with Italian law, the Italian text shall prevail.
 
Variations - Amendments:
Sanifarm Bolzano Srl reserves the right to change the clauses contained in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time by sending appropriate notification by e-mail.
